Chandler Pummelo Trees for Sale
Citrus made easy for growers, nurseries, and distributors
The Chandler pomelo tree (or pummelo) is a favorite among citrus growers for its large, sweet fruit and stunning ornamental appeal. At TreeSource, we proudly offer high-quality Chandler pummelo trees grown from certified budwood, ensuring healthy, productive trees that thrive in a variety of growing conditions. The Chandler pomelo tree produces some of the largest fruit in the citrus world, with pale pink flesh that is juicy, fragrant, and low in acidity.
These trees are a great addition to any backyard orchard, providing both beauty and a unique fruiting experience. Seediness is mainly influenced by cross-pollination from other pummelo trees, not from other citrus trees the way oranges or mandarins do. They are seedless when isolated from other pomelo selections such as Tahitian or Thong Dee.
Chandler pomelo trees are known for their glossy, dark green leaves and fragrant white blossoms, which fill the air with a lovely citrus scent in spring. The fruit typically ripens in late fall through winter, offering a refreshing, mild sweetness during the cooler months. They are edible while still green and can be found in supermarkets in early November with a green rind color.

How Our Chandler Pummelo Trees Are Different
One of the most popular options at TreeSource is the Chandler semi-dwarf pummelo tree, ideal for homeowners who want the benefits of a full-sized tree with easier maintenance and harvesting. Grafted onto specially selected rootstock like C35 or Rich 16-6, the Chandler semi-dwarf pummelo tree remains smaller in stature without compromising fruit size or flavor. This variety is perfect for growing in home gardens, patios, or even large containers, making it accessible to a wide range of citrus enthusiasts. Trust TreeSource for premium Chandler pomelo trees that deliver both beauty and delicious flavor year after year.

Why should I choose a Valencia orange tree versus some other variety of citrus?Valencia orange trees for sale at TreeSource represent one of the easiest citrus trees to grow. They fruit prolifically every year, make the best fresh orange juice you can imagine, and are adaptable to almost any climate. Valencia trees can handle desert conditions, coastal conditions, dry climates, or humid ones. They are the most adaptable of any citrus variety and are counter-seasonal to navels and mandarins, so they are the fruit of choice if you desire year-round citrus fruit in your garden or citrus farm.
