Product Overview

Quality rootstock seedlings are the key to a successful citrus nursery effort. Our seedlings are grown somewhat differently than other citrus nurseries. The seed is sorted by size, peeled, and sown mechanically into Ray Leach cones supplied by Country Plastics in nearby Woodlake, CA.

 

They germinate in a greenhouse designed specifically for rootstock seedlings and are ready for propagation with 120 days of sowing in the Warmer months. Uniformity is of high importance when establishing a nursery and the container seedlings we supply are the best investment for your seedling dollar. They are grown on raised benches that can supply bottom heat if needed. The raised benches reduce the risk of disease contamination and ensure air circulation. Seedling orders must be made a minimum of 5 months in advance of the desired ship date.
